Return & Refund Policy – Mashh Gear

At Mashh Gear, we strive to ensure you're 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

  • All tags must be attached and items returned in original packaging.

  • To start a return, please email us at hassaan@mashhgear.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items showing signs of  use.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
